A two vehicle crash at the intersection of 12th Ave NW and Brindlee Mountain Parkway around 5:55 pm Thursday afternoon injured two Arab residents. The crash caused a 2005 Buick Lesabre driven by Steve Haddock, of Pine Lake Village, to overturn and come to rest on it's top.
Haddock and his wife Sandra were transported to Marshall Medical Center North by Arab Fire Department ambulance. Sandra Haddock suffered cuts and a fractured arm. Steve Haddock was treated for cuts, abrasions, and chest injuries. Both were released from the hospital. Vickie Sue Smith, of Garden Court Apartments, the driver of a Ford Taurus, was not injured.
Haddock was traveling east on 12th Ave NW while Smith was traveling south on Brindlee Mountain Parkway. Smith's vehicle struck the driver side of Haddock's car causing it to roll over onto it's top. Arab Police are investigating the accident.
