A Sundown
Drive NW resident received minor injuries in
a wreck early Sunday morning on Lowery RD NE
but his older model Nissan was totaled.
Thomas Wilson, age 23, was traveling East on
Lowery Road around 1:45 a.m. Sunday morning
when he lost control of his vehicle in a
curve.
Wilson hit a
mailbox, traveled approximately 100 feet
before smashing through a wooden fence,
narrowly missed two trees lining a driveway,
and finally crashed into two other trees on
the other side of the driveway. Wilson
was treated at the scene by Arab Fire Rescue
Paramedics but did not require transport to
the hospital. The accident is being
investigated by Arab Police.
